If you train a lot your plate with food should look like this!:
50% carbohydrates (Potatos,rise etc)
25% vegetables (salad,cucumber etc)
and 25% Protein (meat,fish,chicken etc)
If you are normal:
45% vegatables.
30% Carbohydrates.
25% Protein.
If you are over weight just increase the vegatables..
To 50% +.
Eat Healthy!
